1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Ninety West Beef's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • modify or copy the materials
  • use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Product Information

Ninety West Beef specializes in premium pasture raised beef raised on open pastures in South Dakota. Our cattle are fed a natural grass diet and never given hormones or antibiotics, resulting in beef that's more flavorful, tender, and nutritious than conventional beef.

All products are subject to availability based on harvest schedules. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes and may not be completely accurate or current.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

5. Delivery and Processing Timeline

Your premium beef will be delivered approximately 40 days after the harvest date. This aging period ensures the highest quality and tenderness. We offer FREE delivery on all orders to eligible states with no minimum order requirement.

We currently deliver to states from South Dakota to Georgia, covering the central and eastern United States. Delivery times may vary based on location and processing requirements.

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, delivery carriers, or other circumstances beyond our control. You will receive updates via text and email throughout the process.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our premium beef products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Beef is a perishable product that cannot be resold once delivered.

While we don't accept returns, we stand behind our product quality. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us immediately and we'll work to resolve any issues. We maintain strict quality control to ensure you receive the best product.

7. Delivery Requirements

Someone must be available to receive the package at the delivery address. We are not responsible for packages left unattended once delivered.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ninety West Beef or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this website, even if we or our authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

10. Governing Law
